Leader well-being is taking a hit, as 4 out of 10 workers, managers, and executives in Deloitte’s Well-being at Work Survey say they “always” or “often” feel exhausted or stressed. Additionally, employee wellbeing has hit a record low with fewer employees report they are thriving. Unfortunately, traditional leadership development is focused on teaching practices that are reactive and most leaders struggle to balance business and human outcomes which affects overall performance.
